    At ASK Audit, in the HR area, we deal with all matters related to the documentation and employment history of our clients’ employees and beneficiaries. We design and prepare employment contracts (including individual solutions dedicated to specific customer requirements), scope of duties, non-competition agreements, job descriptions, mandate contracts and work contracts. We also prepare documentation related to all changes in the employment relationship: agreements, notices of termination and documents related to broadly understood work discipline. We check the validity of medical examinations and certificates. For all documentation related to the course of work, we create and maintain personal files, both in traditional paper and electronic form, according to the highest security standards.

    In addition to documenting the individual employment records of individual employees, as part of HR support, we also support our clients in implementing internal regulations, including by creating work regulations, remuneration regulations, regulations related to the use of company cars and other necessary instructions and internal regulations relevant to the area of ​​HR and payroll services.

    Individual access to specialized HR software

    As part of our HR and payroll services, we offer our clients and their teams access to the Symfonia R2 Płatnik HR and payroll program, which not only allows for effective and legal settlement of payroll and keeping employee documentation, but also improves communication with employees. Thanks to this program, we eliminate many cases of paper document circulation between the HR department and employees. We significantly improve processes in areas such as reporting absences, working time or settling business trips, and employees gain access to up-to-date information on their earnings and leave use.

    As part of the accounting service agreement, we provide the following HR and payroll services:

    • Maintaining employees’ personal files, remuneration records, leaves, working time records;

    • Preparing payrolls, payment lists for mandate contracts and contracts for specific work;
