ASK-AUDIT provides accounting services for investment funds, which involves keeping accounting books of funds or portfolio companies and valuing their assets and liabilities. For this purpose, we have appropriate specialized software that allows us and our clients to record the economic operations of investment funds on an ongoing basis, control investment limits, prepare liquidity forecasts, register decisions of the investment committee and prepare reports for the Polish Financial Supervision Authority or the National Bank of Poland.

As part of accounting for investment funds and portfolio companies, we provide the following services:

• bookkeeping;

• preparing periodic financial reports of funds;

• cooperation with the auditor during the audit and review of financial statements;

• cooperation with the depositary, brokerage houses and other fund contractors;

• preparing and submitting periodic reports to the National Bank of Poland;

• collecting and storing accounting and accounting documentation;

• carrying out other tasks such as: checking transaction orders with confirmations, sending settlement instructions to depositories, processing invoice payments and other payment instructions, preparing liquidity projections.

As part of the valuation service, we evaluate the gross and net asset values ​​of funds, as well as calculate the value of the fund’s net assets per participation unit or investment certificate. At the same time, we examine investment limits in accordance with legal regulations and the provisions of the funds’ statutes.
